FrostSkin has launched a Kickstarter campaign introducing what it calls an active hydration system engineered to chill water on demand while integrating advanced 7 stage filtration with optional UV C sterilization.

Designed for oilfields, wildfire zones, disaster response and remote terrain, FrostSkin claims to lower water temperature without melting ice while helping make freshwater sources safer when infrastructure cannot be trusted.

“Cold water shouldn’t disappear when ice melts,” said the FrostSkin team. “And clean water shouldn’t depend on perfect infrastructure.”
