The Arizona Native Returns to Cary Firm Where She Clerked During Law School in New Role, Bringing Fresh Perspective and Passion for Family Law.
Cary, NC, January 15, 2026 — Triangle Smart Divorce is proud to announce the addition of Attorney Cameron Marks to its growing team. Marks, who clerked with the firm during her final year at Campbell University School of Law, officially joins as an attorney following her graduation in 2025.
Marks’ path to family law began during an undergraduate internship at a family law firm in Arizona, where she discovered her calling. Throughout law school at Campbell, she committed herself to gaining hands-on experience in the field, working in the Gailor Family Law Litigation Clinic and externing with a family court judge. Her time as a law clerk at Triangle Smart Divorce proved such a strong fit that the firm offered her an attorney position before graduation.
“Family law is unique because you can see the real-time impact you’re making in people’s lives,” Marks said. “I love the variety and complexity of the work, especially following the financial details in more complicated cases. A graduate of the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in 2022, Marks brings both academic excellence and practical experience to her new role. Outside the office, Cameron enjoys building elaborate Harry Potter Lego sets, keeping up with Reese’s Book Club selections, and spending time with her dog, Boots.
